Our Collection

Since The Last Drop was founded in 2008, we have released only 31 bottlings, comprising fewer than 10,000 bottles in total. By their very nature, our offerings are decidedly finite. The selections aren’t judged on reputation or preconceptions. Each of the spirits we have bottled has been chosen for its remarkable qualities: we advocate fiercely for uncomplicated deliciousness. We believe that appreciating a truly fine spirit doesn’t require a lifetime’s palate training – it speaks for itself.
